How do we use this information?

We process this information for the following purposes:

To fulfil a contract, or take steps linked to a contract including:

● To provide our Services, including ancillary services such as customer support.

● To take payment for the Services.

● To send you service, technical and other administrative emails relating to our Services, messages and other types of communications.

As required by WealthObjects to conduct our business and pursue our legitimate interests, in particular:

● To ensure our Services are working as intended, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting issues that you report to us.

For the purpose of using our email, contacts and scheduling calendar features: Notwithstanding anything elsein this Privacy Policy, if you subscribe to these features and provide access to the following types of your email provider (E.g. Google or another Email provider) data, WealthObjects use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:

● WealthObjects will only use access to read, write, modify or control message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

● We will not use this user data for serving advertisements. We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for our internal operations and even then, only when the data have been aggregated and anonymised.

What is the legal basis for processing data?

We have carried out balancing tests for all the data processing we carry out on the basis of our legitimate interests, which we have described above. You can obtain information on any of our balancing tests by contacting us using the details set out later in this policy.

Withdrawing consent or otherwise objecting to direct marketing

Wherever we rely on your consent, you will always be able to withdraw that consent, although we may have other legal grounds for processing your data for other purposes, such as those set out above.

Who will we share this data with, where and when?

● WealthObjects group companies. We may share your information with our group of companies for the purposes of business administration, maintaining security and regulatory compliance, providing support services to end users (including IT support, where relevant), marketing and analytics.

● Your organisation. When you access or use our services in the course of working for your organisation, we may share your information with such organisation in certain circumstances.

● Business transfers. In the event that WealthObjects undergoes any reorganisation, restructuring, merger, sale, or other transfer of assets your information will be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser’s adviser and will be passed to any new owners of the business.

In connection with the purposes identified above, your personal data may be transferred outside the UK and the EEA including to our subsidiary company, which is both an ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System) certified company in India. Where information is transferred outside the UK or EEA that is not subject to an adequacy decision by the EU Commission, data is adequately protected by approved standard contractual clauses, an appropriate Privacy Shield certification or a vendor’s Processor Binding Corporate Rules.

What rights do I have?

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to correctdelete or restrict (stop any active) processing of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you provide to us for a contract or with your consent in a structured, machine readable format , and to ask us to share (port) this data to another controller.
